By taking any actions on the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age and have legal capacity (according to the laws of the country of your registration or residence, as well as the Russian Federation), and that the photos you use belong to you or that you have obtained explicit permission from the persons depicted. You understand that you bear sole responsibility for the text and graphic content you upload, and that the use of such texts and images must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to upload photos or texts that infringe the rights of others or that you do not have permission to use. By continuing, you accept full personal responsibility for the results of these actions and for the generated video materials.

You are fully responsible for the content of the text used to generate videos, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with moral standards. We do not review user content for copyright infringement, defamation, the spread of false information, or other unlawful actions.

Our service is intended to create lawful and safe content. It is strictly prohibited to generate any content that includes:
• Exploitation of minors: any images or videos involving, depicting, or appealing to minors in an inappropriate context
• Violence and weapons: promotion of violence, hate speech, instructions for making weapons, or committing harmful acts
• Illegal activity: content related to drugs, terrorism, financial fraud, and other unlawful actions
• Adult content (18+): pornographic materials or explicit sexual scenes
• Disinformation and defamation: content aimed at deception, defamation, or harassment of individuals or groups
• Intellectual property infringement: generating content that violates copyrights or trademarks
If you attempt to generate prohibited content:
• Your request will be automatically blocked
• Funds spent on generating such content will not be refunded
• The violator’s account will be immediately and permanently blocked without the possibility of restoration
• We reserve the right to report such incidents to law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law
By clicking “Pay”, “Generate video”, “Submit order”, or using any other means of submitting information to the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

You acknowledge and agree that generated content may contain artifacts and limitations inherent to the current state of AI technology. The service is provided “as is” at the time of generation. We do not guarantee perfectly photorealistic image or video output and are not responsible for subjective assessments of its quality.

Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are possible only in cases where the service was not provided due to a technical issue on the service side, or in the event of an erroneous or duplicate charge. If the service has been provided (in whole or in part) or access to it has been granted, no refund will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days via support@promo-master.art

A refund for unused credits may be considered at the sole discretion of the service. However, we do not issue refunds and do not compensate spent credits in cases where:
• The user attempted to use the service to generate content that violates our Acceptable Content Policy
• The generated content was automatically blocked by our moderation systems
• The user’s account was blocked for violating these Terms
Spending funds/credits in the above cases is considered a sanction for violating the rules and is not subject to reimbursement.

The owner of this service is not liable under any circumstances for:
• Any indirect, incidental, direct, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service
• The content of generated videos provided and approved by the user
• Technical characteristics of generation that are recognized under these Terms as not constituting a defect in the service
• Any consequences caused by using videos for marketing, commercial, or other purposes
The user agrees to use the service at their own risk.

When you use our web services, you entrust us with your information. This privacy policy is intended to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. When you share information with us, we can make our services better for you—for example, by showing more relevant results and advertising, helping you connect with others, or enabling you to share more quickly and easily. Upon your request, your personal information will be deleted. If you receive promotional messages from us by email, SMS, or instant messaging and want to opt out, you can do so by following the instructions in that message. These choices do not apply to mandatory service messages that are part of certain services.
